Prepared food
Items prepared to order are generally not eligible for return once handed to the guest, except where a documented quality issue is confirmed by staff at the time of service.
Packaged retail goods
Sealed retail products may be exchanged when the seal is intact and a receipt is presented within seven days, subject to stock availability.
Payment corrections
If a card charge does not match the receipt total, contact the location with the receipt and transaction time for review.
